Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and CI/CD processes.
Experienced in end-to-end ServiceNow platform development and support, especially ITSM and SecOps modules.
Comfortable working in a global, virtual Agile DevOps environment with collaborative cross-functional teams.
Strong hands-on skills in ServiceNow scripting, administration, and integration within SaaS and COTS platforms.
