About This Role
- Own data extraction, processing, cleansing, and validation for business analysis.
- Design, develop, and deploy analytical solutions using qualitative and quantitative data insights to measure business and data process effectiveness.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to collect business data and provide timely reporting and recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- 2-4 years of industry experience in data technology as an individual contributor or team member.
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Python programming including SciPy, NumPy, Matplotlib, Pandas, seaborn.
- Advanced level Power BI skills including interactive UI/UX, data integration, and customizable dashboards.
- Advanced SQL skills with experience in relational databases and query authoring.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms with programming expertise in Python.
- Experience or familiarity with credit risk analytics, retail lending, or financial services preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to independently deliver data-driven solutions and stay updated with analytics and industry trends.
