About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Java backend systems.
- Lead architectural decisions, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality, scalable, secure software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, optimize database design, and drive adoption of modern development practices including CI/CD and DevOps.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 12+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Java enterprise frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot), and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Proficiency with Git, RESTful API development, microservices architecture, and good communication and leadership skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level full-stack developer with extensive experience in scalable web application architecture and backend service design.
- Experienced leader able to mentor teams and drive architectural and technical decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern cloud, containerization, DevOps, and testing practices, improving software lifecycle and quality.
