About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks with full ownership and delivery focus.
- Perform automated test case execution, analyze test results, and report findings.
- Collaborate with distributed and cross-functional teams to implement and improve automated testing processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-9 years total work experience with 4+ years in software test automation.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium, Cucumber, Serenity, plus API automation.
- Proficient in Core Java with clear understanding of OOPS concepts.
- Experience working in Agile development environments and knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently managing test automation frameworks and driving delivery in distributed teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills demonstrated by contributing solutions to work-related problems and troubleshooting automated test scripts.
- Familiarity with Cloud technologies (AWS serverless, EKS, Docker), databases (Oracle, PL/SQL), event-driven architecture (Kafka), and Java frameworks (Spring MVC, Spring Boot) is advantageous.
