About This Role
- Provide first line support for all network issues and inquiries across departments.
- Collaborate with Network Engineering to implement Data Center (DC) builds including configurations and documentation.
- Perform routine hardware and software upgrades and configurations related to network operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related software engineering field or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of technical experience in network, security, and transport related fields.
- Experience with routing and switching technologies in datacenter networks including Cisco product lines (IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR, NXOS).
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Deep understanding and expertise in networking protocols and troubleshooting, especially TCP/IP, BGP, EIGRP, and Cisco firewall technologies.
- Experience administering Cisco network environments including Campus and VXLAN setups.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced data center network environments requiring accurate documentation and collaboration with engineering teams.
