Perform system testing, debugging, failure analysis, and test script development.
Collaborate with optical engineers, physicists, marketing, and customers to develop and support laser products.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of related experience.
Proficiency in C, C#, Python, C++ and experience with Windows-based GUI and embedded firmware design.
Familiarity with I/O devices (ADC, DAC), communication interfaces (I2C, SPI, RS-232, RS-485, Ethernet, USB), and use of version control/build tools (Azure DevOps, GIT).
Experienced in developing software and firmware for precision laser or embedded systems with hardware interface knowledge.
Able to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams including optical engineers and scientists.
