About This Role
- Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and capacity tests for complex enterprise applications across multiple technology domains.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in applications, infrastructure, databases, and networks using monitoring and profiling tools.
- Develop and automate performance testing frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integrations; build observability dashboards and production analytics to inform capacity planning and reliability improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied experience in software or performance engineering with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter) and observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana).
- Experience integrating performance testing and monitoring into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar DevOps platforms.
- Strong understanding of application architecture, distributed systems, API and database performance, and cloud-native applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise-scale performance engineering with exposure to multi-technology, distributed systems environments.
- Proficient in using AI-assisted engineering tools to accelerate testing and analysis within security and quality standards.
- Familiar with Agile SDLC, site reliability engineering concepts, production issue investigations, and capable of collaborating across engineering and business teams.
