About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend application components and services using Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs, optimize application performance, and ensure code quality and security best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle and participate in code reviews and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 to 9 years of professional experience in backend or full-stack development.
- Proficient in Java, Python, or Node.js with hands-on experience in relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced backend developer capable of building and maintaining large-scale, production-grade applications with a focus on performance and scalability.
- Familiarity or exposure to data engineering practices (ETL, Kafka, data pipelines) to handle data-centric systems and analytics platforms.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating effectively across product, design, and QA teams.
