0-3 years of work experience; freshers are eligible.
Location: Bangalore with 60% office presence; willingness to work any shift from 12 PM to 12 AM; relocation considered only for German-speaking candidates.
Comfortable working in multiple trade services process areas including settlement and reconciliations.
Ability to meet strict SLA targets consistently, produce accurate MIS, and respond promptly within TAT.
Experience or interest in working shifts and adapting to a hybrid onsite/remote work model with readiness for initial full office presence during training.
