About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality assurance across the software development lifecycle, including manual and automated testing.
- Develop, implement, and maintain scalable automation frameworks covering functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines, conduct root cause analysis of failures, and mentor team members on quality-engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in software quality assurance with test automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress and programming languages including Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured), SQL, test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Pytest), and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently taking ownership of application quality from requirement analysis through production release in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Capable of designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks and improving automation coverage and test efficiency.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to proactively identify quality risks and mentor peers on best practices.
