About This Role
- Prepare and finalize month/quarter/year-end financial statements including cash flows for leadership review with timely resolution of feedback.
- Perform financial reconciliations, consolidations, intercompany eliminations, and maintain equity rollforward and capitalization tables for investor reporting.
- Coordinate audit processes including tracking open items, preparing GAAP checklists, acquisition footnotes, going concern analysis, and supporting leadership review.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree considered a plus.
- CPA qualification with Big 4 experience mandatory.
- 8-10 years of experience in public and/or private accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end financial reporting and audit coordination, able to handle complex consolidations and investor reporting.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with multiple departments and leadership.
- Capable of managing detailed accounting tasks like P&L coding reviews, footnote preparations, and going concern analysis.
