About This Role
- Lead architecture and design of large-scale, distributed AI systems powering enterprise AI platforms and native products.
- Own end-to-end architecture for AI capabilities including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, vector search, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Drive technical strategy, architectural consistency, and mentor senior engineers across multiple teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience building backend services, distributed systems, or data/AI platforms.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Go, or Python and experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores.
- Work Experience Required: 10+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and operating production-grade AI systems with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Comfortable working autonomously and influencing product and architecture leadership on AI platform strategy.
- Skilled in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and production observability for AI workloads.
