About This Role
- Discover, assess, and prototype AI-driven end-to-end business process redesigns to deliver measurable improvements in productivity, cycle time, quality, and risk reduction.
- Serve as a bridge between business, process, data, engineering, and governance teams to translate current process issues into future AI-enabled operating models aligned with a 2030 vision.
- Deliver solutions using Microsoft AI suites, open-source models, and automation tools, including baseline metric establishment, data readiness assessment, AI solution fitment, and future-state process blueprints.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in process transformation, consulting, AI delivery, digital transformation, business architecture, product engineering or operational excellence.
- Experience with process discovery, baseline metrics definition, value assessment, and prototype or MVP development using Microsoft AI platforms and/or approved open-source AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), automation, data products, and responsible AI principles.
- Location requirement: Chennai, India; Employment type: Permanent; Work type: Office working.
