About This Role
- Define project objectives and goals with end-to-end responsibility from planning to closure using PMP processes.
- Manage scope, time, quality, risk, stakeholder engagement, and maintain project plans, risk registers, and schedules using tools like MPP, Prime, and Planisware.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 15-20+ members across different geographies, focusing on competency development, career progression, and delivery support.
Minimum Requirements
- 10-13 years of experience in embedded software development, testing, and project management.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
- Experience managing multi-national teams, preferably with German teams.
- Proficiency in PMP process areas, embedded engineering projects, and usage of project management and requirement tools like ALM/Azure DevOps.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strong end-to-end PMP process expertise and effective project coordination across geographically dispersed teams.
- Proficient in CAN/CAN(FD) J1939 and UDS protocols, debugging tools (e.g., JTAG), and requirement management tools.
- Experienced in mentoring sizable teams, skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and customer management within embedded software projects.
