Minimum Requirements
5+ years of hands-on backend software development experience.
Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js; candidates with experience in JavaScript, Go, Java, Python, or C# willing to use TypeScript/Node.js are also considered.
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs, microservices, and working knowledge of distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, Docker, AWS or GCP cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and observability/monitoring tools (Grafana, Sentry, ELK, or similar).
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in working on high-scale SaaS or distributed backend systems with a focus on performance and scalability.
Technical proficiency with microservices, containerization, cloud-native architectures, caching, messaging systems, and event-driven design.
Capable of independently delivering scalable backend solutions while working collaboratively across engineering, product, and infrastructure teams.
