About This Role
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives for client procurement functions.
- Gather and define business and BI dashboard requirements collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Support project delivery including scope management, status communication, UAT coordination, and hypercare support.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years as IT Business Analyst with at least 1 year in a lead role.
- Experience delivering requirements, BRDs, functional specifications for BI dashboard projects using Power BI.
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or Finance.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Power BI projects including data modeling, dashboard design, and UAT facilitation.
- Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams in procurement or related domains.
- Knowledge of procurement data structures and spend analysis or classification is a plus.
