About This Role
- Lead business development activities for commercial office space leasing including networking, cold calling, and research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Support transaction advisory services by assessing client needs, preparing marketing materials, financial analyses, and ensuring timely delivery of proposals and governance during deal execution.
- Manage and maintain sales and supply databases, ensuring data accuracy and supporting pipeline management for the region.
Minimum Requirements
- MBA preferred with approximately 12+ years of relevant work experience in office leasing or commercial real estate advisory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and local language (Kannada implied by Bengaluru location).
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- On-site work location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
