Experience in scientific business analysis supporting large molecule discovery or biologics research informatics workflows.
Ability to work flexible hours across global time zones.
Experienced in Agile/SAFe product team environments with end-to-end delivery experience including backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and release management.
Strong partner to both scientific researchers and technical teams, able to translate complex scientific workflows into actionable technical requirements.
Domain expertise in biologics discovery, scientific data management, and familiarity with protein engineering, NGS, biomolecule registration, and data governance principles.
