Work Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in financial operations or reporting environment; experience in a GBS environment preferred.
Experienced in managing financial operations within large teams and familiar with transformation/change management.
Able to work flexibly across geographic time zones during peak periods such as period end.
Disciplined, target/result driven with ability to work independently under pressure, with strong policy and procedure adherence.
