About This Role
- Analyze regional and segment-specific business requirements vs global SAP S/4HANA template and conduct local fit-gap analyses.
- Drive process harmonization and end-to-end business process modelling aligned with FIT4 standardization for SAP S/4HANA implementation.
- Plan and execute cutover activities including data migration, role setup, test scenario execution, and support regional SAP rollout and training.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years relevant experience in business process transformation with Greenfield and Brownfield SAP projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA focusing on Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).
- Experience in analyzing business requirements, process design, and business process modelling.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in related SAP implementation roles.

- Experienced in Plan-to-Produce (P2P) and Quality Management business processes within large international organizations.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects collaborating with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
