About This Role
- Deliver in-depth technical training sessions on SOTI One Platform and related MDM/EMM products to global audiences including partners and customers.
- Maintain and enhance SOTI Certified Trainer status, assess trainer readiness, and ensure adherence to Global Training quality standards.
- Travel extensively across India and APAC to provide Instructor-Led Training and manage training quality in regions not visited in person.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of related work experience in technical training or MDM/EMM domain.
- Strong knowledge of MDM/EMM products and solutions, including Windows Modern management and Apple products.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for global audience engagement.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India and the APAC region.

- Experienced in adult learning methods with proven ability to adapt training style to diverse technical and linguistic audiences.
- Demonstrated skill in managing partner relationships and collaborating cross-functionally with product and training teams.
