About This Role
- Lead pre sales engineering activities for Building Management Systems (BMS) tenders including analysis, equipment sizing, network design, and cost estimation.
- Act as single point of contact for global pre sales and sales stakeholders, managing work intake, prioritization, and delivery commitments.
- Ensure quality, standardization, timely delivery, risk escalation, and provide technical guidance to pre sales engineers; drive continuous improvement in processes and tools.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in BMS / Building Automation pre sales engineering.
- Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Hydraulics, Fire & Vertical Transport systems and open protocols like BACnet, Modbus, M Bus, KNX.
- Job location: Chennai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience interpreting tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications for BMS projects.
- Comfortable coordinating across global stakeholders and time zones with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience acting as a technical focal point or lead in pre sales engineering, ideally with exposure to Hospitals, Data Centers, or Premium Commercial Buildings.
