Hands-on expertise with communication protocols IEC 61850, MODBUS, GOOSE, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3 TCP, Modbus TCP, synchronization and redundancy protocols (Line Mode, RSTP, HSR, PRP).
Work Experience Required: 10-14 years in substation automation and related fields.
Experienced in developing complex automation system schemes, RTU/FRTU logics, and communication network architectures including third-party IED integration.
Strong familiarity with IEC and Cyber Security standards related to Protection Relays, RTUs/FRTUs, and SAS.
Demonstrated ability to manage technical vendor registration, customer relationships, and engage in consultative selling within energy and smart infrastructure domains.
