Experienced in interpreting tender documents and specifying HVAC equipment and BMS field devices with attention to operation sequences and IO specifications.
Skilled in creating comprehensive pre-sales documentation and estimating project costs accurately with risk mitigation.
Technically adept in BMS protocols, instrumentation, control loops, and associated building control systems including IT networking and cybersecurity is advantageous.
