6+ years of experience in Electronic Design Automation (EDA), EPDA, PDK development, design enablement, CAD software development, or physical verification.
Proficiency with physical verification tools like Siemens Calibre, Synopsys IC Validator, Cadence PVS/Pegasus and Cadence Virtuoso SKILL programming and PCell development.
Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and Linux shell in Unix/Linux environments; experience with software development and automation frameworks.
Experienced in custom analog, mixed-signal, or Photonic Integrated Circuit (PIC) design flows with deep understanding of design-to-tapeout lifecycle.
Capable of developing advanced parametric cells (PCells), physical verification rule decks, and scalable design enablement frameworks, including experience with AI/ML for design automation.
Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with design, process, manufacturing, and foundry teams and able to influence technical direction and mentor junior engineers.
