About This Role
- Support design, development, and delivery of learning programs for enterprise supply chain transformation projects.
- Conduct learning needs assessments, design role-based training content, and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning deliverables with project milestones and improve user adoption and proficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in end-user training, instructional design, customer enablement, software implementation, or related field.
- Experience designing and delivering training content for enterprise software or digital transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Foundational knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and Organizational Change Management principles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in enterprise supply chain, retail, manufacturing, or logistics domains with exposure to relevant solutions (e.g., Demand Planning, Warehouse Management).
- Capable of managing multiple training deliverables independently within consulting or professional services environments.
- Skilled at translating complex business processes and technology into practical, role-based learning experiences that drive solution adoption.
