About This Role
- Own end-to-end employee data management in Workday including onboarding, terminations, master data changes, contractual changes, and payroll inputs.
- Process assigned cases within defined SLAs ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Contribute to process excellence and continuous improvement in employee lifecycle processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Employee Data Management (EDM).
- Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Excel.
- Role based in Bangalore with potential travel to other locations in India and beyond.
