About This Role
- Own end-to-end testing for ServiceNow HRSD module focusing on Functional, System Integration, and Regression Testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to understand features and requirements for effective test preparation.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-5 years experience in ServiceNow Testing, including at least 2-3 years with HRSD module and ATF.
- Proven practical experience in AI testing methodologies and AI function/system testing.
- Strong skills in manual software testing within Agile environments focused on functional and system testing.
- Location requirement: Must be based in Bangalore, India with willingness to travel to other Indian and international locations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in ServiceNow HRSD module testing at a global company scale to handle end-to-end scenarios.
- Comfortable working in Agile teams with cross-functional collaboration involving BAs, developers, and POs.
- Capable of integrating AI testing approaches into traditional testing frameworks for enhanced software validation.
