About This Role
- Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain distributed software solutions improving service performance, reliability, cost, and security.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to solve business problems and uphold software engineering best practices across the full development lifecycle.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior engineers to elevate team capabilities and code quality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field; Graduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of industry experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer in complex, service-oriented environments.
- Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), REST APIs, Python, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Strong familiarity with software development best practices, design/architecture patterns, and distributed system fundamentals.
