Hands-on experience with Azure cloud, Kubernetes (AKS), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps), monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Azure Monitor), scripting (Python, Bash), and ITSM tool (ServiceNow).
Willingness to work in a rotating 24x5 on-call support model with quarterly shifts including weekend coverage.
Experienced in managing production critical healthcare systems with a strong focus on uptime, reliability, and operational risk mitigation.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams collaborating with Development, QA, Database, and SRE groups to support full SDLC and production operations.
Proficient at troubleshooting complex issues across application, infrastructure, and databases, driving continuous improvement and mentoring junior engineers.
