About This Role
- Lead and manage implementation and administration of EDI/B2B processes including system transitions to central environments.
- Provide 1st, 2nd, and coordinate 3rd level technical support and troubleshooting for B2B and EDI systems.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams to ensure availability and scalability of B2B systems and develop training materials/documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Completion of Community College diploma in Information Technology or related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in EDI development or processing field.
- Knowledge of EDI standards and transports is mandatory; experience with Seeburger BIS 6, SupplyWEB, iPoint is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours supporting North American time zone; excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing end-to-end EDI/B2B systems integration and support in a global, collaborative environment.
- Proven ability to act as technical consultant and liaison between end users and IT teams for EDI/B2B systems.
- Capable of handling on-call 24x7 support and coordinating multiple vendor and internal teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
