Ability to work flexible hours supporting North American time zone; excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
Experienced in managing end-to-end EDI/B2B systems integration and support in a global, collaborative environment.
Proven ability to act as technical consultant and liaison between end users and IT teams for EDI/B2B systems.
Capable of handling on-call 24x7 support and coordinating multiple vendor and internal teams for issue resolution and system enhancements.
