About This Role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions across diverse industries.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, Boolean search, LinkedIn, and references.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets while maintaining talent pipelines and ensuring recruitment process documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience in recruitment, preferably from consultancy or staffing background.
- Proven expertise in sourcing and headhunting, including Boolean and Xray search techniques.
- Familiarity with ATS tools such as Keka, Zoho Hire.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; MBA in HR is a plus.
