About This Role
- Manage and develop a test engineering team aligned with organizational objectives in Payments Horizontal Services.
- Set team vision, tech strategy, OKRs, SLIs/SLOs, KPIs focused on improving quality and testing.
- Embed modern testing automation practices and support CI/CD efforts collaborating across teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience developing automation strategies and driving quality improvements.
- Proven hands-on experience writing automated tests.
- Proficiency in Java and JUnit is mandatory.
- Recent exposure to optimizing and improving testing productivity through AI.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in selecting and experimenting with test frameworks and open-source automation tools balancing trade-offs.
- Skilled in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with developers, product managers, and SREs for quality.
- Demonstrated leadership in driving strategies that improve test automation, delivery, and overall product quality.
