About This Role
- Lead embedding of robust operating models and risk control frameworks across Middle Office to ensure regulatory and industry compliance.
- Provide senior oversight and stakeholder engagement across COO, Sales & Trading, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and Operations to enable business growth and strategic FM initiatives.
- Own Middle Office processes including trade life-cycling, regulatory reporting, exception and query management to drive operational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years relevant middle office experience with team leadership responsibilities.
- University degree preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, derivatives, financing products, and front-to-back operations.
- Office working in Mumbai, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and complex stakeholder relationships within financial markets operations.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and understanding of risk and PnL.
- Demonstrated capability to lead transformation, implement controls, and drive process automation in a regulated banking environment.
