About This Role
- Lead and execute comprehensive functional and regression testing for complex enterprise software applications, including desktop and web-based scientific instruments.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Squish for desktop and Playwright/Pytest for web applications, integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide QA leadership by defining test strategies, managing defect lifecycle, supporting UAT, mentoring team members, and ensuring release readiness through quality assessments.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15 years experience in software testing and quality assurance with strong functional and regression testing skills.
- Hands-on expertise with Squish GUI Tester for desktop automation and Playwright with Python/Pytest for web automation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Work Experience Required: 12–15 years in software testing and quality assurance.

- Experienced in testing large-scale, complex enterprise or scientific software with end-to-end workflow validation and integration testing.
- Skilled in designing maintainable automated test frameworks, CI/CD integration, and managing defect triage processes.
