About This Role
- Lead engineering team to design, develop, and deliver business-critical cloud-native solutions using Microsoft Azure, .NET, Angular, and AI/ML technologies.
- Architect and implement enterprise AI initiatives including Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph).
- Drive DevOps maturity and AI-assisted SDLC adoption to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years of software engineering experience with expertise in Microsoft Azure, .NET, Angular, and AI/ML technologies.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience leading engineering teams and delivering enterprise-scale cloud and AI solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments focused on continuous improvement and engineering best practices.

- Experienced leader capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions and mentoring software engineers at scale.
- Strong background in cloud-native architecture, microservices, AI-driven enterprise application design, and modern DevOps practices.
