About This Role
- Lead and manage multiple Java engineering teams delivering large-scale enterprise applications with end-to-end ownership including planning, execution, quality, and operational excellence.
- Act as a hands-on technical leader contributing to architecture, design reviews, and problem solving focusing on microservices-based, cloud-native (AWS) architectures.
- Drive engineering best practices such as secure coding, performance optimization, test automation, CI/CD; mentor senior engineers and manage team scaling and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline.
- 12+ years of progressive software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java (8+) technology stack and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot.
- Solid hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and databases (SQL & NoSQL).
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years relevant software engineering experience.

- Deep domain expertise in Java-based backend systems with practical knowledge of microservices, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native application design on AWS.
