About This Role
- Own and enhance core platform infrastructure including Terraform migrations, CI/CD pipelines, and environment provisioning to support real-time money movement.
- Develop and maintain internal developer tooling and abstractions enabling engineers to independently deploy and run code efficiently.
- Advance observability and monitoring systems, support GCP infrastructure scaling, and manage compliance tooling and documentation as needed.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years in platform, infrastructure, or backend engineering with significant infrastructure ownership.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (preferably Terraform) and cloud infrastructure (preferably GCP).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven ability to work independently on production infrastructure in a startup or small-team environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in building or maturing internal developer tooling and CI/CD systems from scratch or in early stages.
- Comfortable partnering closely with product engineers to unblock development and operate with minimal supervision on production infrastructure.
- Familiar with fintech or regulated industry infrastructure where compliance and financial risks impact platform decisions.
