About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites and execute functional and non-functional tests for native iOS and Android mobile applications.
- Perform API testing, validate backend mobile services, and ensure integration between mobile apps and backend systems.
- Manage test environments, devices, defects, and collaborate with development and QA teams to maintain quality and report release risks.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in mobile application testing and QA automation.
- Strong hands-on experience in testing native iOS and Android applications with Appium and TestNG.
- Proficiency in API/service testing and defect management tools like Jira.
- Must be available for in-person discussions/interviews in Hyderabad; work mode is Hybrid.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with mobile automation frameworks, especially Appium-based, and familiar with Android SDK and Xcode for troubleshooting.
- Able to design and improve test strategies covering functional, regression, accessibility, and performance testing across diverse devices and OS versions.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively in Agile environments with strong focus on quality, defect analysis, and continuous improvement.
