About This Role
- Lead and mentor a product engineering team focused on .NET, microservices, and cloud technologies, owning delivery, architecture, and engineering excellence.
- Own roadmap execution, sprint predictability, quality releases, and drive engineering standards, SLAs/SLOs, incident management, and operational excellence.
- Drive adoption and quality standards for AI-assisted engineering practices and oversee CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–15 years of total software engineering experience.
- 3+ years managing or leading engineering teams.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET 8/9, ASP.NET Core, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
- Location: Pune; Work from Office.
