About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of secure, high-quality Java-based distributed systems within Consumer and Community Banking.
- Drive adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability within the team.
- Lead technical evaluations of vendors, startups, and internal teams to ensure architectural fit and technical credibility.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of practical software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience with system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
- Proficient in Java and designing distributed systems.
- Experience leading the use of AI-assisted software development tools, with strong understanding of responsible AI use and security considerations.

- Experienced in leading technical teams in agile environments with CI/CD and security focus.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-assisted engineering practices within software development workflows.
- Comfortable working across internal and external teams to evaluate and integrate technology solutions.
