About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality cross-platform React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android, including leveraging React Native New Architecture features (Fabric and TurboModules).
- Manage full mobile application lifecycle including builds, releases, deployments to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and CI/CD pipeline integration using tools like Git, Azure DevOps, Fastlane, App Center, and Bitrise.
- Implement mobile application security best practices, optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX and product to deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable mobile apps.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in React Native/mobile application development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, with proven experience on iOS and Android native modules using Kotlin/Java and/or Swift/Objective-C.
- Experience working with React Native New Architecture features such as Fabric and TurboModules.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad (Hybrid work mode - 3 days onsite)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Technically strong developer with deep expertise in React Native and native mobile development frameworks, capable of applying advanced architectural patterns like MVVM and Clean Architecture.
- Experienced in mobile security practices, performance optimization, and mobile CI/CD pipelines, able to ensure high-quality, secure, production-ready apps.
- Comfortable incorporating AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) while enforcing strict human review and engineering standards in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
