About This Role
- Develop and maintain high-availability Kubernetes infrastructure and deploy systems for microservices-based applications.
- Lead migration from Ansible-based deployment to Kubernetes-native CI/CD pipelines and ensure continuous integration and deployment excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, validate, and implement robust, scalable, and mission-critical IT solutions with strong emphasis on performance and security.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of software development experience, preferably backend or cloud-native technologies.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Kubernetes experience including developing Kubernetes Operators and strong Kubernetes ecosystem knowledge.
- Proficient with Ansible automation, Helm package management, Linux OS, and experience with microservices-based applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and operating scalable Kubernetes-native CI/CD pipelines and microservices architectures in mission-critical environments.
- Capable of independently leading technology migration projects, especially from traditional automation tools to Kubernetes-native solutions.
- Strong collaborator able to work across development, operations, and product teams to deliver high-performance and secure systems.
