About This Role
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions using Power Automate and AI/ML technologies to solve complex business challenges.
- Deliver end-to-end AI-enabled automation including ideation, design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and support production monitoring and incident management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (2+ years software development or automation engineering can substitute degree).
- Minimum 2+ years experience with Power Automate and AI/ML technologies.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and intelligent automation concepts.
- Proficiency in Python for automation development, scripting, or data manipulation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing and optimizing Power Automate Desktop (PAD) flows, API integrations, and intelligent automation workflows.
- Familiar with AI agents, Digital Workers, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications development.
- Skilled in production environment tasks like model tuning, performance monitoring, observability, and incident management.
