About This Role
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and delivery for complex, cross-functional product technology initiatives from concept through release and adoption.
- Partner with Product Management to translate roadmaps into detailed delivery plans, establish governance, and report project status to leadership and executives.
- Facilitate complex technical and stakeholder meetings, gather customer feedback, and apply problem-solving to resolve cross-functional challenges and drive decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional product technology initiatives.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, Microsoft 365, and advanced project management software (Smartsheet preferred).
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years in project/program management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing product technology delivery end-to-end, including roadmap execution and adoption phases.
- Skilled in working with multidisciplinary teams including Product Management, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Client Implementation.
- Proficient in using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and automation technologies to improve project planning and reporting efficiency.
