About This Role
- Lead Business Continuity Management (BCM) engagements including Business Impact Analysis, risk assessments, and continuity planning.
- Develop, review, and test Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery plans and facilitate related workshops and crisis simulations.
- Manage client relationships, project deliverables, quality reviews, and support business development initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in BCM, crisis management, disaster recovery, or operational resilience.
- Bachelor's in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or master's degree in Business, Technology, Risk Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of BCM, Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery, Operational Resilience; experience with BCM/GRC tools like ServiceNow, Fusion, Archer, or MetricStream.
- Understanding of ISO 22301 standards and relevant regulatory requirements; preferred certifications include CBCI/MBCI, CBCP, ISO 22301 LA/LI, CISA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in consulting or regulated industries working on BCM and risk management projects.
- Comfortable managing stakeholder relationships in local and global environments with strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver BCM programs end-to-end with hands-on technical and operational expertise.
