Hands-on experience with Jira and Agile frameworks (Scrum or SAFe); strong skills in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process/data mapping.

Experienced in Salesforce Sales Cloud with Subscription / CPQ expertise or Salesforce Service Cloud with customer service operations knowledge, preferably in Life Sciences domain.
Comfortable working in a cross-functional, global Agile delivery environment collaborating with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong technical understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, able to ensure compliance with GxP and release management governance.
