About This Role
- Own analysis and improvement of finance business processes using SAP FICO and related applications, including fit-gap analysis and process design.
- Create and manage functional specifications and collaborate with development teams to deliver technical solutions and conduct end-to-end testing including UAT.
- Support and optimize production finance systems, lead business user meetings, mentor team members, and maintain system integrity and change management compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 8 years experience with SAP S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling (SAP FI/CO) including finance business processes like GL, AR, AP, Fixed Assets, Treasury, Cost center accounting, Internal Order, Profitability Analysis.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; professional finance accreditation preferred (Chartered Accountant, CPA, ICWA, CMA).
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI/CO integration with other SAP modules and external applications.
- Work Location: Bengaluru, India; Not Remote.
