About This Role
- Design, deliver, and evaluate learning and development programs for Retirement & Pension channel employees.
- Drive Front Line Sales executives (FLS) capability development focusing on onboarding completion, mobile learning initiatives, retention at 3rd and 6th month, confirmation targets, and performance appraisal ratings.
- Facilitate various training sessions and ensure participation in employee certifications relevant to business needs and critical learning interventions like new product or process launches.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Sales and/or Training.
- Graduation degree required; Post Graduation preferred.
- Experience in BFSI sector, preferably in sales or training; insurance sector experience is a plus.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Sales and/or Training.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced professional with background in sales or training within BFSI or insurance sectors.
- Proven capability in managing end-to-end learning interventions with measurable impact on employee performance and retention.
- Comfortable facilitating various training delivery methods and driving certification completion among employees.
