About This Role
- Own diagnostic workstreams and design operational service blueprints within complex B2B and B2C enterprise systems.
- Map end-to-end operational ecologies including stakeholder power dynamics, material flows, and information architecture to design Minimum Viable Systems (MVS) that enhance operational flow and eliminate shadow queues.
- Support pilot rollouts and monitor key operational KPIs like on-time delivery, work order lead times, and machine utilization to iterate and improve standard operating procedures.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-2 years experience in Service Design, UX Strategy, Systems Engineering, or Industrial Design with a portfolio demonstrating complex systems mapping.
- Ability to produce detailed service blueprinting, value stream mapping, and operational design deliverables using tools like Figma and Miro.
- Role is full-time in-person based in Hyderabad; standard 3-month probation period applies.
- Work Experience Required: 0-2 years as explicitly mentioned.
